THICK CHROMIUM PLATING

Galvano Tecnica srl has developed a big area of chromium plating and finishing plants  with highly specialized staff.

In the chrome plating department there are 6 galvanic baths of different sizes where hard chromium deposits are made on various types of ferrous materials such as: cast iron, steel, alloy steel, stainless steels, bronzes, brass, copper and aluminum for any product sector.

The maximum dimensions currently workable are max 700 diameter x 4000 mm.

PRECISION GRINDING

Grinding operations of various sizes both before and after the chromium plating up to a maximum diameter of 700 mm x 4000 mm length for any product sector.

POLISHING

Mirror polishing of stainless steel parts with different degrees of roughness.
Mirror polishing with superfinishing final roughness Ra = 0.001 micron on cylinders, plates, molds
